Supporting California’s Wildfire Survivors
Paradise Affordable Homes is proud to extend our support to wildfire survivors across Butte, Plumas, and Los Angeles counties as they navigate the path to rebuilding. We know how deeply a disaster can impact a family, a neighborhood, and the feeling of “home.” That’s why we’re committed to helping people return to the communities they love with a safe, modern, high-quality new home they can rely on.
From guiding homeowners through housing options to providing clear next steps for placing a manufactured home on their property, our team is here to make recovery more accessible, affordable, and hopeful. No one should have to rebuild alone—and we’re honored to walk alongside survivors as they restore what was lost and start fresh in the place they call home.
Greenville, Plumas County
In 2021, the catastrophic Dixie Fire swept through Northern California—roaring across more than 963,000 acres, becoming the largest single-source wildfire in the state’s history and devastating communities like Greenville, California. Wikipedia+2National Park Service+2
At Paradise Affordable Homes, we believe rebuilding strong, rooted communities is a vital part of recovery. That’s why we’re proud to have partnered early in Greenville’s rebound: we installed a high-quality, 1,280 sq ft, 3-bed / 2-bath manufactured home that is now for sale—the first of its kind in the wake of the Dixie Fire.

Looking ahead, in 2026 we’re stepping in even bigger. PAH will join forces with the Welcome Home Greenville initiative to create duplex housing in the community—providing vital affordable homes for long-time residents, workers and their families who are committed to helping Greenville rebuild and thrive once again.
Together, we’re not just constructing buildings. We’re helping restore hope, community and continuity—one home at a time.
